INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Information on processing
The personal data being processed is collected directly by PATRIZIA SUZZI or by third parties expressly authorized by her, or communicated by the Company to such third parties for the purposes described below.
Legal basis and purposes of processing
The personal data provided by the user while browsing the website www.patriziasuzzi.it is processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the current regulations on Personal Data Protection.
The legal basis for the processing is identified in the provision of its services by the Company, in the management and facilitation of the website, as well as in the establishment, execution, and possible termination of the online sales contract concluded between the parties and in the obligations related to the same contract directly and/or indirectly arising therefrom.
The processing of personal data by PATRIZIA SUZZI is aimed at pursuing the following purposes:
1) SUBSCRIPTION TO PATRIZIASUZZI NEWSLETTER.EN: in the event that the user decides to subscribe to the "PATRIZIASUZZI Newsletter", only after a possible and specific consent, personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of sending commercial or promotional communications, updates regarding, for example, the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events, and promotions.To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click on the appropriate unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the received emails or by writing to the address info@patrizisuzzi.it
The Owner, in order to compare and potentially improve the results of communications, uses systems for sending newsletters and promotional communications equipped with a reporting mechanism, through which the Owner can know, for example: the number of readers, openings, and clicks; the type of devices used to read the communication (desktop, mobile); the number of pending users who have not yet confirmed their subscription; the number of emails sent by date/time/minute; the detail of emails delivered compared to those sent; the list of unsubscribed users from the newsletter; the openings of emails and clicks on individual links; any display issues of the message; link tracking (i.e., the number of clicks made on the links in the message); click tracking (which links have been clicked).All this data is used to compare and potentially improve the results of communications.
2) REGISTRATION ON PATRIZIASUZZI.IT: in the event that the user decides to register on the site patriziasuzzi.it, only following a possible and specific consent, personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of registration on patriziasuzzi.it.In particular, following the provision of your first name, last name, email address, and the setting of an access password, these will be processed for the creation of a personal account, to expedite the purchasing process, to allow the user to view the status of orders and receive updates on completed purchases, modify personal settings and update the account, view the history of returns and exchange requests, and save favorite items in the Wishlist.
4) ONLINE SHOPPING ACTIVITIES: the personal data provided will be used for the establishment, management, execution, and/or conclusion of the online sales contract.The data provided will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of managing the purchase order, including, by way of example, payment activities, shipping, handling of any returns, customer assistance, execution of administrative and accounting purposes related to order management, and compliance with obligations set forth by current legislation. In the case of payment by credit card, the essential information for executing the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be processed by PayPal or, possibly, by companies appointed for fraud control through encrypted protocol, ensuring that third parties cannot access it in any way. Such information will never be viewed or stored by the seller (PATRIZIA SUZZI).
5) PROFILING OF THE INDIVIDUAL: only following any explicit consent, the personal data provided may be processed by the Data Controller for profiling activities, that is, for the analysis of preferences aimed at creating personalized content and offers.

In relation to thepurposes referred to in point 1) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing is optional.The possible lack of consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to allow registration for the "PATRIZIASUZZI Newsletter," the sending of commercial or promotional communications, updates regarding, for example, the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events, and promotions.
If the user decides to proceed with the newsletter registration through the section of the site dedicated solely to this activity, providing personal data and consent for their processing is mandatory.
The possible lack of consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to allow registration for the "PATRIZIASUZZI Newsletter," the sending of commercial or promotional communications, updates regarding, for example, the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events, and promotions.
In relation to thepurposes referred to in point 2) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing is mandatory. Any failure to provide consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to allow registration on patriziasuzzi.it, the creation of a personal account, the acceleration of the purchasing process, the viewing of order status, and the receipt of updates on completed purchases, the ability for the user to modify personal settings and update the account, to view the history of returns and requests for exchanges, and to save preferred items in the Wishlist
In relation to the purposes referred to in point 3) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing is optional.
The possible lack of consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to allow participation in the loyalty program PATRIZIASUZZI VIP.
In relation to the purposes referred to in point 4) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing is mandatory. The possible lack of consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to proceed with the establishment, management, execution, and/or conclusion of the online sales contract, therefore making it impossible to carry out, by way of example, activities related to payment, shipping, handling of any returns, customer assistance activities, execution of administrative-accounting purposes related to order management, and fulfillment of obligations required by current legislation.
In relation to thepurposes referred to in point 5) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing is optional.
The possible lack of consent will result in PATRIZIASUZZI being unable to carry out profiling activities, that is, to conduct analyses of preferences aimed at creating personalized content and offers.
Personal data processed
The personal data subject to processing by the Data Controller are those provided by the user while browsing the websitewww.patriziasuzzi.it, during any registration/participation in the services/programs offered by PATRIZIASUZZI and/or during the potential purchase of products made available by PATRIZIASUZZI, such as, for example: first name, last name, and email address, as well as the data necessary for the provision of the online sales service, such as those functional to the execution of payment and the shipping/exchange of purchased products.
Methods of Processing and Data Retention
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation on Privacy.The Data Controller processes personal data using IT and/or telematic tools and with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this notice, as well as adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data, their loss, and their unlawful and incorrect use. However, the Company cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are capable of limiting or excluding any risk of unauthorized access or data leakage from devices belonging to the user.For this reason, users of the site are advised to ensure that their computer is equipped with software suitable for protecting the transmission of data over the network (for example, updated antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has implemented appropriate measures for the security of data transmission over the network. The Company also commits to processing data according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, to collecting it to the necessary and accurate extent for processing, and to allowing its use only by authorized personnel for that purpose. The management and storage of acquired personal data will take place in archives or on servers located within the European Union owned by the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed as External Data Processors and, in any case, currently located in Italy.
In relation to the various purposes for which they are collected, personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the same and, in any case, in accordance with the current legal provisions in this matter.
In any case, the Company will take care to avoid the indefinite use of data by periodically verifying the actual continued interest of the subject to whom they refer.
Recipients and Data Processors
The collected data will not be disseminated in any way, but will be processed within the limits and for the purposes described by the Company's employees based on appropriate operational instructions (for example, administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators, etc.).Some data processing may also be carried out by third parties, appointed as External Data Processors, which the Data Controller uses or may use in the context of managing the contractual relationship, providing the services offered, and for organizational needs of its activities.In particular, the data may be communicated to:

c) consultants, within the limits necessary for the performance of their professional duties.

Transfer of data abroad
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as External Managers of the processing located within the European Union.
Personal data may be transferred abroad, in accordance with current regulations, even to countries outside the European Union.The transfer to non-EU countries, in addition to cases where this is ensured by Adequacy Decisions of the Commission, is carried out in a manner that provides appropriate and suitable Guarantees pursuant to Articles 46 or 47 or 49 of the Regulation.
Rights of the Data Subjects
As a Data Subject, the user may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 of the GDPR, which grant, in particular, the ability to:
a) to obtain from the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 15, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to such data and to information such as: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if they are recipients located in Third Countries or International Organizations; (iv) where possible, the retention period for the personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
b) to obtain from the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 16, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay; taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement;
c) to obtain from the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 17, the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay.The Data Controller is obliged to delete personal data without unjustified delay if one of the reasons indicated in paragraph 1 of Article 17 exists;
d) obtain from the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 18, the restriction of processing when one of the cases regulated by paragraph 1 of Article 18 occurs;
e) obtain from the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 20, the portability of data, that is to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning them provided to a Data Controller. The Data Subject also has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without hindrance from the first Data Controller to whom they were provided, provided that the conditions indicated in Article 20 paragraph 1 are met.Finally, the Data Subject has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one Data Controller to another, if technically feasible;
f) to object, in whole or in part, pursuant to Article 21, to the processing of personal data concerning them.

It is also noted that the Data Subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal, without prejudice to the aforementioned consequences regarding any refusal to provide such personal data. The Data Subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

PATRIZIA SUZZI commits to responding to the requests of the Data Subject within one month, except in cases of particular complexity for which it may take up to three months. In any case, the Data Controller will provide the Data Subject with the reason for the delay within one month from the request. The outcome of the request will be provided in writing or in electronic format. In the case of a request for rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the Data Controller commits to communicating the outcomes of the requests received from the Data Subject to each of the recipients of their data, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
The Company specifies that a contribution may be requested from the Interested Party if the requests are found to be manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive; in this regard, the Data Controller will establish a register to track intervention requests.
Changes to this notice

Therefore, please consult this page frequently, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the end of the document.
