Refund policy
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn and undamaged items can be returned for a size/colour exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery of the last item in the order. If the customer fails to collect the parcel despite the courier's delivery attempts and PATRIZIASUZZI.IT's communications, all costs incurred (original shipping, storage days, return shipping) will be charged to the customer and deducted from the order amount. If these costs equal or exceed the order value, no refund will be due.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday or weekend, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
Order cancellation
You can request the cancellation of an order that has not yet been fulfilled directly from your account, via the "Make a return" link at the bottom of the page. The request will be reviewed and, if approved, a full refund will be issued.
Return instructions
To request a return authorisation, click the "Make a return" link at the bottom of any page of PATRIZIASUZZI.IT. Enter your email and order number and follow the steps.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service: if the return is lost and not received, the return/refund cannot be processed.
Returns are not accepted on "special" items or items made with requested alterations.
Orders placed with 3-for-2 promotions:
In the case of a partial return, the free item must also be returned. If the customer chooses to keep it, its value will be deducted from the refund.
The return must be shipped within 14 days of delivery of the last item in the order.
Three options are available:
Size/colour exchange You can exchange an item only for a different size or colour of the same item, if available. The new item can be returned following the same procedure.
Store Credit As soon as the return is received and processed, you will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, to use on future purchases. The original shipping cost is included in the Store Credit only if all purchased items are returned.
Store Credit:
- can be used once, within 3 months of the return;
- cannot be combined with other Store Credits and/or other ongoing promotions;
- must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value.
Refund The refund is issued as soon as the return reaches the PATRIZIASUZZI.IT warehouse and the items have been checked. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the original shipping costs of the order will be refunded.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 10 days and will appear on your next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the card's banking network. For orders paid with PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must show no signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition with no marks of any kind. Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, together with all the original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment bags, etc.) received with the order. All shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or altered, or used as the only outer packaging. Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if items show signs of use. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original accessories, components and printed materials, and packed properly, the same way they were received. Returns must be shipped in the PATRIZIASUZZI.IT box, well sealed with tape. If you no longer have our box, any other suitable packaging can be used.
If you receive a defective item, or if PATRIZIASUZZI.IT makes a shipping error, please contact info@patriziasuzzi.it immediately. PATRIZIASUZZI.IT reserves the right to request photos before authorising returns of defective goods and covering the return shipping costs.
Returns authorised by PATRIZIASUZZI.IT must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered. PATRIZIASUZZI.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the return instructions email if delivery causes additional costs for PATRIZIASUZZI.IT or requires collection from a courier depot. PATRIZIASUZZI.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns or returns that do not meet all the conditions above. In these cases the goods will be sent back to the sender at the original shipping address. If such returns are accepted, a charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods will apply.
For any item excluded from the right of withdrawal, PATRIZIASUZZI.IT states this clearly on the product page. PATRIZIASUZZI.IT may nevertheless, at its sole discretion and for justified reasons, accept a withdrawal request for items excluded from this right.
For anything not expressly covered here, European distance-selling law applies.
