The shipping cost is € 9 – Express shipping is FREE for orders over € 150.

Shipments to Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City are made via DHL or SDA courier.

PATRIZIASUZZI.IT does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain invoices or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items.

RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items not worn and intact can be returned for size/color exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

How to request a return?

  1. Log into your account by clicking here or through the "make a return" link at the bottom of each page.
  2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click **Continue**.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
  4. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
  8. Click on **Request Return**. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
  9. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer; it is recommended to use a trackable shipping method, as in case of loss and non-receipt of the return, the return/refund process cannot be carried forward.

The return shipment must take place within 15 days from the receipt of the order.

Thereare 3 types of compensation available:

  1. Size/color exchange:
    It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.
  2. Store Credit:
    As soon as the return is received and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for future purchases. Any shipping cost originally incurred for the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all purchased items are returned.
    • can be used only once within 3 months from the date of return;
    • cannot be combined with other Store Credits and/or ongoing promotions;
    • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
  3. Refund:
    The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at the PATRIZIASUZZI.IT warehouses and the items are verified.
    For orders paid with Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will be visible on the next credit card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
    For orders paid with Paypal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Bank Transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
    The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. The original shipping cost incurred for the order will be refunded to the customer only if all purchased items are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
  • Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (bikinis, etc.) must be tried on over your own personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original accessories, components, and illustrative materials. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received.
  • Returns must be shipped inside the PATRIZIASUZZI.IT box which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of our box, another appropriate packaging can be used for the shipment of the items.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if errors occur in shipments by PATRIZIASUZZI.IT, the customer is invited to contact immediately info@patrizisuzzi.it
  • PATRIZIASUZZI.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
  • Authorized returns by PATRIZIASUZZI.IT must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
  • PATRIZIASUZZI.PATRIZIASUZZI.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with return instructions if the delivery incurs additional costs for PATRIZIASUZZI.IT or requires pickup at a branch of the courier itself.
  • PATRIZIASUZZI.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions.
  • In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
  • Any acceptance of such returns will still incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

For each item to which the right of withdrawal exclusion applies, PATRIZIASUZZI.IT provides the consumer customer with specific information directly on the product sheet.

It remains the discretion of PATRIZIASUZZI.IT to accept the withdrawal request even for goods excluded from this right, should it deem appropriate for justified reasons at its sole discretion.
