A = Circonferenza seno
- indossa un reggiseno non imbottito
- rilassa le braccia lungo i fianchi
- misura la parte più sporgente del torace
B = Circonferenza vita
- trova la parte più sottile del busto sopra all'ombelico
- non tirare troppo con il metro
C = Circonferenza fianchi
- misura la parte più larga del bacino, generalmente 20 cm sotto la vita
